Q: Do you have a grading scale for MGD?

Q: Do I need a phone for MeiboVue?

A: Yes. You will need a dedicated 5G iPhone or Android phone. We can supply a new 5G phone at extra charge. 

Q: Can I bill insurance for MeiboVue images?

A: Because the images captured can not be obtained from a regular eye examination, the images might be covered by medical insurance.  

The CPT codes used for meibography are 92285 for “external ocular photography with interpretation and report documentation of medical progress” and 0507T for “near infrared dual imaging (ie, simultaneous reflective and transilluminated light) of meibomian glands, unilateral or bilateral, with interpretation and report."

Q: What type of warranty does Meibovue have?

A: OcuRx warrants MeiboVue to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase. If a defect arises during this warranty period, OcuRx will, at its option, either repair or replace the product.

To obtain warranty service, please contact us at contact@ocurx.com. You will be required to provide proof of purchase and a description of the defect.

This warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by improper use, accidents, environmental factors or unauthorized repairs.

 Q: Can I return MeiboVue?

A: We are so confident that you will be happy with MeiboVue that we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.

To return your purchase, please contact customer service at contact@ocurx.com or  for a return authorization number (RA). Once you have received an RA, please pack the item securely in its original packaging and include a copy of your receipt. Ship the item to the following address:
