60-Day Return Policy
We offer a 60-day return period from the delivery date for eligible items. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Returns will not be accepted without a valid RAN.

All returned items must be shipped back complete, undamaged, in their original packaging, and insured for the full purchase price. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.

When requesting a return, please clearly state the reason for the return. Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund (minus the 10% restocking fee) will be processed within [ 7-10 business days].

Items damaged, incomplete, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.
