30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery for eligible items. To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Returns will not be accepted without a valid RAN.

All returned items must be shipped back complete, undamaged, in their original packaging, and insured for the full purchase price. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. A 10% (4% for OculightRx) restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.

When requesting a return, please clearly state the reason for the return. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund (minus the 10% restocking fee; 4% for OcuLightRx) will be processed within [ 7-10 business days].

Items damaged, incomplete, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.
